Lee Rogers

Discipleship Counselor

As Lee will happily tell you, he has fallen backwards into every great thing in his life — including ministry. While working at an architecture firm, Lee began attending a men’s ministry and quickly discovered his passion for helping guide and encourage men. That passion led him back to school, and in May of 2015 he received a Master of Arts in Ministry from Richmont Graduate University.

Lee spent seven years working at North Point Community Church serving as both a married and men’s group director, and played a key role in designing their Leader Development Group training program. In 2021, he stepped into the role of head pastor at North Georgia Church in Dawsonville, GA.

Along the way, Lee has pursued ongoing growth through trainings and programs including Bible Training for Church Pastors, Trueface Leadership, and New Name Ministries. He has led numerous small groups and men’s retreats. But what Lee loves most is sitting across from someone, listening to their story, and walking with them toward truth and freedom. Lee lives in Dawsonville with his wife, Holland, and their three amazing children.
