Tracy Cary

Tracy moved to the North Georgia Mountains in 2018 with her husband and two daughters after living in the high plains of Wyoming for 44 years. She loves the outdoors, reading, creating visual art and spending time with friends and family.

Tracy has leadership experience in a variety of ministries including DivorceCare Recovery Groups, Women in The Word, American Heritage Girls, and HOP Christian Counseling and Coaching Ministry.

Tracy obtained her certification as a Professional Christian Coach through Life Coach Training Institute in 2024. That same year she was certified as a Christian Coach and Counselor through House of Prayer Church in Blairsville.

During her time counseling at House of Prayer she taught Biblical Life Application classes covering topics related to Codependency Recovery, Living in Grace, and Identity. Tracy also facilitated several continuing education workshops for the HOP ministry counseling team. In the spring of 2025, She was invited as the keynote speaker for the annual House of Prayer Women’s Tea exploring what it means to be Chosen.

Tracy discovered New Name Ministries while working through a difficult season in her own life. The heart of God found within Jason’s book “May You” resonated deeply with her. She encountered God’s love and renewed hope as she journeyed through the process of discovering the beliefs developed within her own story and how those beliefs have impacted her relationships today. Having experienced healing and freedom from her own past, she now partners with New Name to carry the same hope and healing she has been given by expanding into the Blairsville area. Her heart’s desire is to come alongside women who are facing seasons of discouragement, overwhelm, or relationship issues. Tracy has experienced firsthand how God does a mighty work of restoration when we embrace who God says we are and begin to trust his heart of love towards us. God’s love continually brings us into a deeper relationship with himself and others as we find rest in his abundant grace.
